Summary: On June 1, 2015, the Board of Education ratified the Award of Bid for Bid #1710/Contract C-931 for $220,480.00 to Vintage Contractors, Inc., for the tennis court resurfacing at Pleasant Hill Middle School. As a result of the need for additional windscreens, a post-award decision to add, the final additive change order in the amount of $10,850.00 is necessary. This change order will increase the original contract amount of $220,480.00 to a final contract value of $231,330.00.
