Staff is requesting the revision of the job description for Supervisor, Transportation Shop to better reflect the duties and responsibilities as they relate to the current position. In order to supervise a full staff of mechanics, facilitate trainings and the increased mandatory reporting requirements, along with the increased size of District fleet maintenance, we feel this revision is necessary.
This was brought forward at the August 24, 2015 Board meeting for information only. It is now being returned for action.
