Summary
:
Ygnacio Valley High School is requesting approval of the attached Independent Contract for Events to the T for their Junior Prom on May 15, 2015. Events to the T has their insurance attached to the Contract. Additionally we've provided the Coast Guard's Certificate of Inspection along with their insurance.
Funding
:
Associated Student Body will be covering all costs tied to this event.
Fiscal Impact
:
Requesting Board approval of the $41,735.00 contract for the Junior Prom as there will be no impact on the district's budget.
Recommendation
