Summary: The services of a State Certified Project Inspector are required to oversee and inspect all work associated with the Athletic Facility Improvement Project # 1619 at College Park High School is conducted in compliance with all DSA approved drawings, specifications and applicable codes and regulations.

Staff requested proposals from four qualified DSA inspection services and is recommending that a contract be awarded to Alisha Jensen for a ‘not to exceed” fee of $34,000.00 for the provision of said services.

If approved by Board action, Project Inspector still requires approval/authorization by DSA.
