Summary: Special Education is requesting the elimination of a FTE 1.0 certificated Alternative Dispute Resolution Administrator position and the creation of a new FTE 1.0 classified Alternative Dispute Resolution Administrator position. The request is to reflect the duties performed by the incumbent currently in the position.

In addition, Special Education is requesting the revision of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Administrator's job description.

The effective date of these changes will be July 1, 2016.
