Summary: CB&I Environmental & Infrastructure, Inc. provides the District with environmental compliance consultation. With the addition of the newest proposal to Update the SDPC Plan, and sample and inspect the wash bay, the total contracts with CB&I exceed the Board limit of $25,000.00.

The scope of work, includes and is not limited to: Sludge Discharge Prevention and Contingency (SDPC) Plan Update, and inspect and sample the wash bay once every six months. The total cost for inspections to be performed in December and June 2015 is $11,344.00.
Funding:
Fiscal Impact $11,344.00 for two inspections.
Recommendation: Approve the Professional Services Agreement with CB&I Environmental Infrastructure.
