Mt. Diablo Unified School District Bid #1890 requested for Exterior Painting Improvements at Wren Elementary, Mountain View Elementary, and Highlands Elementary Schools pursuant to PCC ยง20111.6. The scope of work provides all materials, labor and equipment required for the painting improvements. The invitation to bid indicates that the low bidder will be determined by the base bid amount only. The project has fifteen (15) bid packages that were received on April 7, 2021. The lowest bidder did not confirm their bid, and second and third lowest bidders were non-responsive; resulting in C&J Painting, Inc. being the lowest, responsible, responsive bidder.
