Summary: Staff is requesting Board approval to fund one additional agreement for temporary one-to-one assistant totaling $25,270.00 for the remainder of the school year. The total contract funds one-to-one assistants for five students served by the Contra Costa County Office of Education as designated in the student's IEP at a total revised cost of $275,110 for the school year. The individual contracts with redacted student names are attached.

Fiscal Impact The fiscal impact is $275,110.00. This is an approved budgeted expenditure for the 2019-2020 fiscal year.
