Summary: Staff seeks to revise the current job descriptions for the Director of Maintenance, Operations and Facilities, as the facilities responsibilities were moved to the new Director of Facilities and Bonds role back on November 9, 2020. The new job description replaces the June 2006 version and eliminates the responsibilities for facilities, bonds and transportation. This position is also agendized for the May 12, 2021 board meeting with the recommendation to appoint Melanie Koslow in the the position.
Funding: Previously budgeted and funded position - no cost increase.
