Summary: On May 12, 2020, the Board Awarded Bid 1865 - Painting Summer 2020 Package 2 Project at Mt. Diablo Elementary School, Pine Hollow Middle School, and Fair Oaks Elementary School to Athens Painting and Commercial Coatings, Inc. The contractor has completed all work under Bid 1865/C1865 and the District is requesting approval of issuance of Notice of Completion to be filed with the County.

Original Contract Value: $292,000
Change Order Additive: $ 8,500
Final Contract Value: $300,500
Funding: Program 7607 - Measure C
Fiscal Impact No additional funds requested; the project total has been budgeted.
