Summary: On May 21, 2018, the Board of Education awarded Bid #1799 to T. Amaral’s Done Right Construction in the amount of $718,000 for the provision of all tools, materials, labor and equipment necessary to facilitate restroom improvements at Shadelands, Sunrise, and Willow Creek.

As a result of District requested scope of work, and to address unforeseen existing conditions, utility infrastructure and building modifications a single, final change order in the amount of $$29,272.23 is necessary.

This final change order will result in a contract value of $747,272.23; an increase of $29,272.23
Funding: Measure C - 7672 Group IV
Fiscal Impact $29,272.23 - within budget no additional funds needed
Recommendation: Approve the Final Change Order for 1799-001 to T. Amaral’s Done Right Construction for Contract #C-967/MDUSD Bid 1799 - Restroom Renovation at Shadelands, Sunrise and Willow Creek Center.
