Summary:
Mt. Diablo Unified School District Bid #1889 requested for Exterior Painting Improvements at Valhalla Elementary, Strandwood Elementary, and Pleasant Hill Elementary pursuant to PCC ยง20111.6. The scope of work provides all materials, labor and equipment required for the painting improvements. The invitation to bid indicates that the low bidder will be determined by the base bid amount only. The project has fifteen (15) bid packages that were received on April 7, 2021. The lowest bidder did not confirm their bid, the 2nd lowest bidder withdrew their bid, so Athens Painting & Commercial Coatings, Inc. is the lowest, responsible, responsive bidder.
