Summary:
Digital Advisors was hired in February through Measure J funds to provide consulting and professional services to understand current and future technology and innovation initiatives. The scope of their work includes assessing current information technology (IT) capabilities and make recommendations on how to best utilize the bond funds to meet current and future needs of the district. The Digital Advisors team will inform how to use bond dollars effectively in the areas of: network infrastructure, IT resource planning/operations, innovation/change management, voice/video/web communications, and cybersecurity. The board presentation will focus on the insights and recommendations they have to date that can support the creation of a new multi-year technology plan for MDUSD.
