Summary:
College Park is seeking approval to amend their original contract with the Event Group for Jr. Prom, which was held on 3/19/16. Increase is due to additional tickets sold over the guaranteed contract amount.  
Funding:
Additional $11,280.00 paid for in ticket sales and donations. New total of contract is $38,730.00  
Fiscal Impact:
Addition of $11,280.00 charged to 324-3936-49-5100.
